Who AM I?

From as early as I can remember, sport has been at the centre of my life. Whether it was chasing a footy around the oval or spending long days on the cricket field, I was hooked — not just on the competition, but on the process of becoming better.

Sport has also given me incredible opportunities beyond the field — travelling to the UK to play and coach cricket, playing footy in Darwin, and working alongside a rugby team in Fiji.

Like many athletes, I hit a few roadblocks along the way. Injuries, selection disappointments, and the mental battles that come with performance setbacks all shaped who I am today.

It was during those tougher times that my passion for optimising performance developed. That curiosity led me down the sports performance path, currently studying a Physiotherapy degree and becoming a qualified Strength and Conditioning and Speed Coach.

But more than anything, my journey has shown me the importance of having a coach who understands the highs, the lows, and everything in between. My mission is to be that person for every athlete I work with.

I’ve been fortunate to work with athletes from AFL, AFLW, VFL, and the Coates Talent League, schoolboy rugby, high-level country football, and junior sports.

I bring together my coaching, academic, and athletic experience to help athletes move better, perform stronger, and build confidence that extends far beyond sport. Because ultimately, performance isn’t just about what happens on game day — it’s about how you grow through the journey.
